Frank’s new obsession! Bread making, hand made, but no kneading. It’s really, really good. Frank’s bread cooks in a Dutch oven, which is within the oven (you have to be here). He’s made a French Boule (the name is from the shape, which is from the Dutch oven…which is a cast iron covered pot), a roasted garlic Boule, an olive Boule, and tomorrow’s is the plain French Boule again. I’m avoiding the scales, but I love a man with passion!
