Frank is so excited to start fermenting his own cabbage to create his own source of sauerkraut, which he likes to eat daily to keep all the pre and pro and blah blah happening…next it will be fermenting grapes, um, I might like that. This first batch of sauerkraut to be, is a mixture of purple and green cabbage. It will make me long for Polish kielbasa already!
