Today the fireplace got it’s first coat of “cinnamon slate”..looking good. And doors went in the hallway, and trim around more windows…starting to be so much fun now!

Our home looks so tiny here..the snow is melting away, the new window looks as though it’s always been there. When you enter the house, it seems so big, but it really is “down sizing” without buying a condo. We’re both getting so itchy to be in, but meanwhile it’s wonderful weather for walking…we have buds on the lilacs at the rental…I know it’s too early to imagine the end of the snow, but this has been an amazing week. Look how green that grass is!
